Real-time render simulation.
Continuous run.
A real-time render simulation using game engine, the piece is inspired by Object-Oriented Ontology (OOO), the philosophical perspective that objects—whether animate or inanimate—exist independently of human perception and interaction. It challenges anthropocentrism by emphasizing the autonomy and agency of all entities, regardless of their relation to humans.
In the continuously running simulation, a mesmerizing array of objects is presented that continuously float around bumping into, pushing each other. These ‘objects’ interact with one another, forming a complex web of relationships that is not coherent but inter-related.
It challenges the traditional hierarchy that places humans at the center and instead proposes a more egalitarian view of the world, where every object possesses its own inherent value and influence, implemented through the physics engine used in game development.
